Franklin Jensen is the member of the Secret Warriors.
History[]
As the only child of a single-parent household, Frankie learned to get by without a father and with a mother that worked long hours just to make ends meet. When he discovered his hydrokinetic powers, Frankie used them to become a thief in order to provide for his family and to also attain everything he thought was denied to him by the world. A man named Fagin hired him to help steal the Caterpillar List from SHIELD but when the job spiraled out of control, Wipeout ended up joining the Secret Warriors instead.
The Very Hungry Caterpillars[]
He operated as a solo petty thief before joining the Secret Warriors. He was hired by a man named Fagin to break into the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier and steal files known as the Caterpillar List along with Finesse and Composite. He escapes from S.H.I.E.L.D. with Composite and together they plan to track down Fagin and get revenge but along the way they find it difficult with the police around and the Wrecking Crew attacking Fagin.

He, along with Finesse and Composite, were looking for a MGH dealer in a strip club when suddenly the Sin-Eater arrived to open fire upon the strip club.
