John Barnes is the leader of the World Party.
History[]
John and his friend Gus would become disenfranchised youth and become easily indoctrinated into the World Party a political party that had a platform that was a thinly veiled white supremacy front and he and Gus would attend one of their rallies despite Rikki's attempt to stop them from going. The group was led by a man named Alexander who was known as Master Man, a Nazi super-soldier active during World War II. His World Party would be financially backed by the Red Skull who, with a stockpile of nuclear weapons, hoped to ethnically cleanse the United States of non-white races. John would become a devoted member of the organization, shave his head and leave him to live at their Philadelphia headquarters.
